In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Choose Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and the account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email hello@blizzapp.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and the phone number or email on your account. We check that the account is yours, delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and saved addresses
- Saved cards (also removed from our payment provider)
- Notification settings, device tokens and sign-ins
- Your name on reviews and support messages (the content is made anonymous)
What is kept
The Finnish Accounting Act requires receipts and payment records to be kept for six years. They are kept without a link to the deleted account and used for nothing else. We may also keep what is needed to finish an open order, refund or fraud case until it is resolved.
